A line of identical baby characters lies on their backs in a row, looking up as a syringe descends from above, filling with a clear liquid before being withdrawn. The camera then focuses on a single baby with large eyes, who looks up in surprise as the syringe moves away. The scene takes place against a bright blue background with white vertical elements.
