Poor Woody

A small, bird-like figure in a blue hat and jacket stands on the sidewalk in front of a brownstone building, facing a group of four figures on the stoop. The figure on the far left, dressed in camouflage and a gas mask, holds a white bottle and gestures toward the small figure, who then turns and runs away down the sidewalk as the others on the stoop react with exaggerated expressions and movements.
