TIKTAKLI

A blonde anime character with glowing yellow eyes stares intensely, followed by a dark-haired character with red eyes partially covering their face, then a blue-tinted scene showing a character making a peace sign on a screen, a wider shot of a dimly lit room with figures, a close-up of a character's wide eye, and finally a blurry shot of a character in a red uniform.
