Payday

A man in a black turban and jacket stands on a wet city street, gesturing with his arms and moving his body in a rhythmic, dance-like motion. The scene shifts to a different location where he continues the same expressive movements on a sidewalk in front of a building with horizontal slats and parked bicycles.
