where's the ground squirrel?

A group of people, including a man in a dark jacket and two women in beige coats, stand outdoors in front of a crowd of reporters holding cameras, with the man in the dark jacket looking down and the women looking forward. The scene then cuts to a man in a dark suit walking toward a group of people in a park-like setting with trees, followed by a shot of two men in military camouflage uniforms sitting in a vehicle, one looking forward and the other looking to the side, with a brief cut to a landscape of autumn trees and a field.
