“Nerves”

A man in a dark suit sits on a white-clothed examination table while another man in a light-colored shirt and glasses, holding a cane, attempts to examine his foot; the man in the suit reacts with sudden, exaggerated flinching and leg movements, causing the examiner to recoil and fall to the floor, after which the man on the table lifts his leg high into the air.
