a dream about a dream

A man in a dark suit stands at a podium with a national emblem, speaking and gesturing with his hands, flanked by two large flags, one red and green, the other with a red and green field and a golden emblem, in a formal indoor setting with a decorative wall and a "МИНСК" text overlay. The scene cuts to two men in traditional attire, one in a pink turban and robe, the other in a white turban and robe, sitting and conversing, with the man in the white turban gesturing with his hands.
