A man in a dark coat speaks emphatically while being interviewed by a woman holding a microphone, with a large crowd and illuminated buildings visible behind them at night. The man gestures with his right hand, then turns his head to the side as he continues speaking. The scene cuts to a different man in a dark hoodie, who looks upward and then turns his head to the side while speaking.
