A man in a white shirt and tie, wearing a foil hat and foil-covered sleeves, walks through a city street and a flower shop, singing with his mouth open and gesturing with his hands. He moves from a busy urban sidewalk with pedestrians and traffic into a flower shop, then back to the street, while other people react to his performance.
