In a grassy outdoor setting, a cartoon dog labeled "Народ России" (People of Russia) is repeatedly attacked by a blue cat labeled with various political and social concepts, including "2020 год," "Поправки в Конституцию," "Падение Нефти," "COVID-19," and "Пандемия," which the cat uses as a bat to beat the dog, while the dog remains in a state of distress throughout the sequence.
