A man in a dark suit and tie sits at a desk with two microphones, holding papers and looking forward, flanked by two flags, one red and green, the other with a red and green field and a golden emblem; the scene cuts to three men in suits sitting at a long table, writing on papers, with microphones and water bottles in front of them, and the scene cuts again to a black and white film clip of a man in a uniform with a mustache standing at a podium, raising his right arm in a salute, then lowering it and pointing forward, with a crowd of people in uniform behind him.
