Here comes the trash

A man in a pink shirt sits in a wheelchair, gesturing and speaking while surrounded by a group of people in an outdoor setting with graffiti-covered walls; the scene cuts to a man in a white shirt crouching beside a fan, then to a man in a black beanie being restrained by another man, before returning to the man with the fan, all while the text "Мусор пошел" and a laughing emoji are overlaid.
