Sick of you

A woman with a high ponytail and large earrings appears in a black and white desert landscape, first shown in close-up, then standing in the distance, turning to face the camera, holding a rifle with her hair flying, and finally touching her face. She is wearing a patterned bodysuit and a large necklace, and the scene is set against a vast, flat expanse with mountains in the background under a cloudy sky.
