What's this?

A man with a receding hairline and a beard, wearing a light-colored sweatshirt, repeatedly brings his right hand to his mouth in a gesture resembling eating or drinking, while seated in front of a bookshelf. The scene cuts to two men in period clothing, one older with a beard, who looks angry and speaks, while the other listens. The scene cuts again to a man in a beanie and jacket sitting in a rustic room with animal skulls on the wall, looking to his left as a small black dog stands nearby.
