What are you

A large, metallic statue of a woman with an expressive face and outstretched arm stands in a snowy outdoor setting, with a person walking in the background; the camera slowly zooms in on the statue's face. The scene cuts to a man with a mustache in a grey sweater sitting at a table, speaking animatedly into a microphone, then cuts again to a man in a tan jacket laughing and covering his face, with Russian text overlaid.
