Sweet little raspberry

A man in a dark shirt stands beside a bed, repeatedly lifting and lowering a large, light-colored object above a person lying on the bed, while the person on the bed remains mostly still. The scene takes place in a dimly lit room with a string of lights hanging on the wall above the bed.
