Woof!

A man in a red jacket walks on a city sidewalk, then turns and gestures toward a woman in a red jacket carrying shopping bags, while another man in a black jacket stands nearby holding a green bag; the scene shifts to show a man in a black jacket and face mask standing on a sidewalk next to a yellow taxi, then a man in a brown jacket and face mask bends over to pick up an orange traffic cone, and finally the man in the black jacket and face mask stands on the sidewalk next to a man in a black jacket and face mask, with a silver car and a yellow taxi in the background.
