A caricatured figure resembling Vladimir Putin walks barefoot across a wooden platform in a desolate, snow-covered landscape, then turns and gestures with his right hand while standing in front of a distant white building with onion domes. The scene loops, showing the figure moving forward, turning, and gesturing against a backdrop of barren hills, a dead tree, and a cloudy sky.
