A bald man in a suit sits at a desk in a medical office, typing on a typewriter and making exaggerated facial expressions of concentration and frustration. In the background, other people, including medical staff and patients, are visible in the waiting area. The scene cuts to two men, one in a dark jacket and one in a white coat with a stethoscope, looking at each other with serious expressions. The scene returns to the man at the desk, who continues typing and making faces.
