It's gonna blow

A young girl in a striped shirt and patterned pants stands in a kitchen doorway, then bends down to pick up a black object from the floor, straightens up while holding it, and leans against the door. The scene takes place in a kitchen with wooden cabinets, a microwave, and a tiled floor.
