A black and white cat sits on a cluttered desk as a person's hand repeatedly pets its back, causing the cat to shift its weight and slightly move its tail. The cat remains seated on the desk, which is covered with papers, a computer mouse, and a yellow notebook, while the hand continues to stroke its back.
