What's going on?

A man in a dark jacket and camouflage pants enters a store, stumbles, and falls to his knees near the entrance while a woman in a long black coat stands nearby, looking at her phone. He then rises to his feet and looks toward the camera. The setting is a small retail shop with glass display cases and a counter.
