what time is it?

A man in a dark jacket holds a microphone and smiles while another man with long hair holds a glass mug, set against a wooden wall with a game machine in the background. The scene cuts to a close-up of a man's arm with a tattoo, where a hand grips his wrist, then the camera moves erratically, showing a blue helmet on the floor and a white table leg before the image blurs.
