A series of nighttime cityscapes display large, illuminated neon signs with Russian text on the facades of various buildings, including "ВСЕМ ПОФИГ", "БАБЛО", "А ЧО ТАКОВА?!," "ГОРИ ОНО ВСЁ," "ЭТО ДРУГОЕ," and "ПОДЧИНИЛСЯ," with the final image showing the last phrase engulfed in flames.
