Two men sit on a couch indoors; the man on the right, in a military uniform, adjusts his collar and then rests his hand on his chin while speaking, as the man on the left listens and smiles. A lower third graphic identifies the man on the right as Vladimir Kvachkov, a lieutenant colonel and commander of the "National Opolchenie" unit.
