Neighbors

Two men are in a room with exposed brick walls and a large window opening; one man stands on the window sill while the other, wearing a beanie, watches, then the man on the sill jumps through the window opening. The scene cuts to two people in a different room, one holding a folder, who turn and walk toward a window with a broken pane, then turn and walk away from it.
