What?

A man in a dark jacket and pants sits in the back of a police car, initially lying on the seat, then sitting up and reaching toward the metal partition separating the front and back. He handles a pair of handcuffs, attempting to manipulate them, and then leans forward, appearing to try to open or remove the restraints. The interior of the police car is visible, with a bright yellow vest hanging on the left side.
