Ambulance work

A man in a red robe and white head covering stands in the middle of a cobblestone street with arms outstretched, holding a long stick, before falling backward onto the pavement as a yellow ambulance approaches; a man in a black hat and jacket exits the ambulance and pulls the fallen man by his legs while two other men in white uniforms with red crosses run from the vehicle to assist.
