A shirtless man in white underwear and black socks runs across a suburban street, then through a shopping mall, and finally in a public square, performing a high-knee running motion in each location. The scenes alternate between the outdoor street with a "Entering Woonsocket" sign, the indoor mall with a "Fire & Ice" store, and the outdoor square with a statue and onlookers.
