Little cutlets

A man in an orange vest and black beanie looks upward with a surprised expression, then turns his head and smiles while speaking, before the scene cuts to a different man in a flat cap smoking a cigarette and turning his head, then returns to the first man smiling. The setting is outdoors in front of a residential building with snow on the ground.
