Turn it off

A blue-skinned, bald animated character with large green eyes and a high-collared black coat stands on a stage under a spotlight, facing a crowd of people holding cameras and microphones, while a close-up shows his face with wide eyes and a concerned expression. The scene takes place in a large, dimly lit hall with arched windows and columns, where the character appears to be giving a speech or making a public appearance.
