Beat the bare-legged ones

A person in a black shirt and shorts stands on a paved surface, holding the handlebars of a black and yellow scooter, with a large, curved metallic structure in the background. The scene then cuts to a black and white historical clip of a large group of young men in traditional clothing, engaged in a chaotic, physical struggle in a park, with one shirtless man in the foreground standing with his arms crossed as the others fight around him.
