Fell down

A man with dreadlocks and a pirate hat shouts with his mouth open against a pale sky, then the scene cuts to a container port where a large red crane collapses onto stacked shipping containers, crushing them and sending debris and dust into the air, while people on the ground run away in panic, and the scene cuts again to the same man walking across a vast white salt flat before breaking into a run.
