Hi

A hand writes a price of €1.60 on a white paper tag for Rīgas šprotes fish, which is then placed on a shelf of canned fish products in a store. The scene shifts to a close-up of the Rīgas šprotes can label, followed by a wider view of a refrigerated display case filled with various packaged meats and fish in a grocery store, with shoppers and staff visible in the background. The final shot shows a large, classical-style building with a flag on the roof, viewed from a street with a lamppost in the foreground.
