Velvet Horizon

A person with curly hair in a dark jacket moves their head and body in a rhythmic, dance-like motion against a dark urban backdrop of a building with illuminated windows. The scene cuts to two figures walking down a staircase under an overpass, then to a lit street lamp and a building with glowing windows, before returning to the person dancing in front of a large, dimly lit building with bare trees.
