Rain

Two people stand on a wet sidewalk at night when a sudden burst of smoke or steam erupts from the ground, knocking one person to the pavement. The person in the dark jacket falls forward, then scrambles to their knees and stands, while the other person stumbles backward in reaction. The scene takes place on a city street at night, with a blue light streaking across the frame.
