Happy to make you happy

Two men stand facing each other in a narrow, dimly lit corridor lined with shelves of files, illuminated by overhead strip lights; one man, seen from the back, wears a jacket with red lettering on the sleeve, while the other, facing him, wears a suit and glasses and gestures with his hands as he speaks, before the camera cuts to a close-up of the man in the suit, who turns his head to the side.
