hey Phineas

Two cartoon characters in separate hot air balloons fly over a green landscape, with one character in a brown balloon looking forward and then turning to speak to a female character in a pink balloon. The scene shifts to a close-up of the male character in the brown balloon, who is wearing a red and green helmet and smiling while holding a tool, then his expression changes to concern as he looks at the female character standing beside him on the balloon's basket.
