Monkey...

A man with a beard and a top knot sits atop a cylindrical trash bin in a subway station, holding a phone and looking at it, while people walk past in the background; the scene repeats in a loop. Two cartoon characters stand in a marshy area with tall reeds; one in an orange coat gestures with his hands while the other, in a dark suit, stands with a rifle and reacts with a wide smile.
