A gallant cop

A man in a black uniform stands on a grassy area, holding a smartphone in his right hand and a black object in his left, appearing to record or film a group of people seated behind him; he remains mostly stationary while the people in the background move slightly, with a brick wall covered in colorful graffiti visible behind them.
