Chirp-chirp

A man in a dark suit and blue tie stands at a wooden podium, speaking and gesturing with his hands, while Russian subtitles appear at the bottom of the screen; the scene cuts to an animated white bird with a small beak peeking over the podium, making a "chyk-chyrik!" sound.
