We're not living at all

A woman with short blonde hair and a patterned shirt stands in a doorway, making a disgusted face and gesturing with her hand, then the scene cuts to a different woman with a headscarf looking out a window, followed by a shot of three men in a dark setting, one shirtless and smiling. The setting appears to be inside a building with worn, blue-painted walls and doors.
