In a park setting, a large, anthropomorphic tooth character with a hat and a mustache appears, initially looking sad. It then smiles and begins to pull a long, pink, worm-like creature with a face out of its mouth using a string, while a tall, pink, long-nosed character and a small, spotted character watch. The tooth character continues to pull the creature, which stretches and wriggles, as the other characters observe.
