What's up

A person stands on a gravel riverbank as the camera pulls back to reveal a wide river with a concrete structure and a fish swimming in the shallow water. The scene transitions to a close-up of the fish swimming near the concrete structure, then pulls back to show the river and the person standing on the far bank.
