Two men stand at a bar counter, one in a checkered jacket and white scarf, the other in a flat cap, while a bartender in a light shirt stands behind the counter; the man in the jacket turns his head and gestures with his right hand toward the bartender as the man in the cap watches, all under a sign in Russian that reads "Beer is prohibited only to members of the proletariat."
