Khutu or Khuta?

A man in a blue suit speaks and gestures with his hands on the left side of a split screen, while on the right, a bald man in a suit and face mask writes at a table beside a woman in a face mask, all under a red and white graphic overlay. The scene cuts to a close-up of a man in a fur hat and dark makeup, who slowly turns his head and opens his mouth in a grimace.
