We can't understand

A group of people dance in a circle in a room with patterned carpet and pink curtains, moving their arms and bodies rhythmically while others clap and watch. The central figure, a woman in a green dress, performs energetic, bouncy dance moves, bending her knees and swinging her arms, as the others in the circle mirror her movements or clap along.
