wtf?

A dark green, custom-built truck with a large, enclosed sleeper cab attached to its bed drives slowly forward on a wet asphalt surface, its rear wheels turning as it moves past a building and a gas station canopy. The vehicle, which appears to be a single unit with a modified truck bed and a large, boxy cab section, continues moving forward in a continuous loop.
