Heads up

A man in a blue shirt sits in the driver's seat of a red car, wearing a seatbelt, as the camera focuses on his arm and the car's interior. The scene cuts to a bulldog with its tongue out leaning out of a car window, while a dark-furred dog in a white van looks on and waves its hand.
