severe stroke

A man in a white shirt with earbuds stands still as another man in a black shirt repeatedly pokes his right cheek with a gloved finger, causing the man in white to maintain a stoic expression before slightly shifting his gaze. The scene takes place on a brightly lit stage with blue and purple lighting and a large screen in the background.
